Full Job Description :-
§ Excellent oral and written communication skills and can communicate well and competitively.
§ Knowledgeable in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and etc.
§ Handel clients’ payments and issuing receipts.
§ Self-motivated with results driven approach, pro-active and take initiative
§ Trustworthy and knows how to handle different customers
§ Acting as the first point of contact dealing with phone calls and correspondence
§ Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing them appropriately.
§ Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
§ Ordering office supplies, managing mail and courier services.
§ Organizing files, preparing documents.
§ Typing , compiling and filing related documents with direct supervision from managers
§ Copying and scanning documents, as well as taking notes.
§ Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
§ File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
§ You will assist colleagues and executives by supporting them with planning and distributing information.
