Job Description

Responsibilities:-

You will be performing day-to-day book-keeping, including weekly judgments, analysis of credit/debit payments, petty cash, invoicing.
You will be required to manage all accounting operations based on the standard accounting principles.
You will play a key role to assist the higher Management on preparing budget and financial forecasts.
You will be responsible for publishing financial statements in time
You will be anchoring the month-end and year-end close process
You will be responsible towards compute taxes and prepare tax returns, balance sheet, profit/loss statement etc.
You will be handling monthly bank reconciliations on all accounts.
You will be responsible for generating MIS on a weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly basis for Management accounts as a supporting data to the Senior Management Team.
You will be responsible for Preparing financial reports for the stakeholders.
You will be responsible for administering the group insurance policy, including liaising with Branches on their annual insurance requirements.
You will be responsible for developing, amending and implementing, in consultation with senior management all relevant financial policies and procedures.
You must ensure to follow established administration and record keeping practices.
You must be representing the organization in a positive and professional way, which promotes the vision, mission and strategic priorities of IMC.
You are required to maintain utmost confidentiality and professional integrity while nurturing the financial data of the organization.
You should be flexible, adaptable and available to take on other tasks or duties as decided by the management.
You will be responsible for IMC VAT compliance
You will be in charge preparation of the annual financial statements, liaising with auditor, provide the necessary inputs and support towards completion of the audit process
