An opportunity to be part of a growing business and support a highly entrepreneurial, self-made high net worth individual/ MD has arisen, with a complete work from home business model.
The Junior PA will be given a varied range of duties from ensuring the MD remains on schedule for his meetings to providing personal support for social gatherings and private purchases.
The business was developed by the MD initially as a social media influencer into a highly profitable learning platform, offering advice and market intelligence on the fin tech industry.
With an excellent reputation and an established Dubai based business, this small team is looking to further diversify their interests whilst continuing to maintain the core function.
No day will be the same and the tasks will include being responsible for diary and meeting management, taking control of social media and on-line messaging platforms and liaising with the relevant parties based in Europe for any specific fin tech industry knowledge required. There will also be some elements of organising cars, home maintenance, personal shopping, travel arrangements and family member liaison.
As the business is set for growth with new product lines there will be opportunities to perform research, assist the COO with marketing, product launches and all operational administration. Therefore, it is essential that the applicant is able to adapt quickly to an ever-changing business model and be highly responsive to anticipate the need before the MD knows he needs it
