Job Description :-
1. Senior Interior Designer
Min 8 years of experience required as an interior designer on commercial and residential designs
Proficient and have hands-on experience using AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, 3DMAX, and Sketch-up.
Has the ability to lead a team of designers, schedule workload, be well organised, and have keen attention to detail.
Knowledge of a broad range of sanitary wares and flooring materials such as porcelain and ceramic tiles etc
Self-motivated, can work under pressure and flexible in order to meet deadlines.
Job Description
Specify and record the scope of work of projects to be handled by the design team.
Create innovative bathroom design concepts/design bathroom interiors using various software as indicated in the above qualifications in accordance with client requirements
Receive instructions from the sales department and provide necessary support in order to close the sale.
Liaise / Coordinate with the sales and project departments concerning design details in accordance with client requirements and subsequently obtain client approval.
Allocate and delegate design work to the design team
Liaise/submit daily reports/updates to the accounts department.
Supervise design team and monitor work progress so as to ensure the delivery of works within the agreed period of time
Review design team drawings prior to client submission
Report to update the Director, Sales on issues regarding the design and other matters relating to the department.
