Full Job Description :- 

We are hiring a customer service representative to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.

Job Description:

• Provide immediate and accurate responses to all customer contacts on live streaming, social media, live chat, email, and on calls
• Delivering first-time resolution to all customer queries in a friendly professional manner
• Creating and constantly developing unique positive personal relationships with all customers
• Maintain customer profiling and communication database history for all customers
• Ensure that customer transactions are completed accurately and timeously
• Able to confidently promote and cross-sell products and services where appropriate
• Active outbound calling to develop the lifetime value of the customers

Qualification and Job Specification:

• Interest in the e-commerce industry and products
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment
• Can work on own initiative but also possess a strong teamwork ethic
• Computer literate including all MS office, chat tools, SMS related communications systems
• Commitment to delivering faultless services
• Clear and personalized communicative skills with an excellent service mentality
• Very strong customer and interpersonal skills
