Job Description :- 

  • Inform guests of specials, menu changes, and up sell.
  • Answer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services.
  • Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders in our point-of-sale system.
  • Process orders from online platform and other online partners.
  • Dispatch all delivery orders in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment.
  • Maintain clean FOH and BOH areas.
  • Monitor and observe guests dining experience.
  • Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
  • Give final bill, accept payment, process credit card charges or make change (if applicable).
  • Complete the daily sales report accurately (if applicable).
  • Be ready and willing to assist fellow staff members as situations arise.
  • Be ready and willing to assist in production and resetting shelves ..
  • Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.
  • Must have F&F fast food restaurant experience
  • Must have experience of online portals. Ex: Zomato, Thalabat, Careem
  • Candidates need to be in UAE.
  • Candidates need to be fully vaccinated.
