Jubaili Agrotec Dubai: Job Description
Job Title :– Logistics Officer
- Follow up on prices, terms of payment, shipment dates, availability of stock and delivery terms with suppliers for each order.
- Coordinate with the Technical department in our local subsidiaries in Africa to confirm the technical information of the product.
- Update Pesticides stock situation report for each SKU and send it to the sales team in our local subsidiaries on monthly basis.
- Conduct research for Exhibitions on quarterly basis and inform the MD.
- Get quotations from current suppliers through the Visual Dolphin system on the specified quantity and product to be ordered.
- Prepare weekly quotation report reflecting the price variance and submit it to the Head of Supply Chain on regular basis.
- Prepare Price List for each order to be reviewed by the Head of supply chain before approval of the order.
- Researching and evaluating data of prospective suppliers.
- Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
- Control and monitor samples sent for testing, and keep physical and field test results on track.
- Maintain and update a list of suppliers.
