Our newest opportunity is for a talented Graduate Energy Engineer (Sustainability) to join our award-winning team based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role will be supporting the sustainability compliance and energy modeling activities.

Responsibilities:-

We envisage success in this role to include:-

Supporting in conducting full building/project energy efficiency analysis, recommending energy conservation measures, and demonstrating international energy standards compliance using dynamic simulation modeling software.
Supporting in conducting dynamic simulation models to comply with LEED and Estidama. Undertaking thermal and day lighting simulations. Preparing sustainability reports on energy, water for Estidama templates, LEED templates, Al Saf’at documentation and any other relevant rating to the KEO Sustainability business. Providing support in, and developing 3D dynamic thermal modeling using the latest simulation programs, airflow analysis, systems peak load reduction, solar control, thermal comfort, day lighting and glare analysis.

Qualifications:-

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 1-2 years’ experience partnered with a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services or HVAC or Advanced Modelling. Knowledge in LEED BD+C and Python Programming would be desirable.

Experience in using IES VE software, building simulation software or related software tools (e.g., CAD,energy modeling, loads analysis, daylight modeling, HVAC design tools) and knowledge of HVAC Systems, controls and modelling of systems will be viewed favorably.

Preferential consideration will also be given to candidates whom possess a Master Degree qualification (MEng or MSc), Knowledge of LEED, ASHRAE 90.1, ASHRAE 62.1 analysis, experience in doing daylight/sunlight assessments.
