Responsibilities:
- Manage to collect the Finance and Customer outstanding
- Follow up with the states of the projects with customer.
- Manage all the employee attendees.
- Manage and follow up on all our projects.
- Implementing admin systems and databases
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Administrative
- Smart and business-like appearance.
- Ability to work to a high standard (and while under pressure).
- Good organization, time management and scheduling skills
- Good interpersonal skills Familiarity with the use of office equipment i.e. fax, photocopiers etc.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a good telephone manager
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: AED 2,500.00 – AED 3,500.00 per month
