Job Description :-
In a contractual role of six months, we are looking for a “Debt Collector” to join our growing team and serve our prestigious client. JD, skill set and other requirements are as under:
Job Description
– Perform account reconciliations
– Research and resolve payment discrepancies
– Generate age analysis
– Visit customers, and recover the outstanding dues
– Communicate with customers via phone, email, mail or personally
– Carry out collection and reporting activities according to deadlines
Requirements:-
– BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
– Strong communication and convincing skills
– Good Excel skills
– 2-4 years of A/R management/Debt collection experience
– Proficiency in English and well presentable
