Lado International Immigration Services (LIIS) is an Immigration consultancy specializing in; work permits, study permits, visitor visas, permanent residency, business immigration, investor visa programs and second passport/citizenship programs to – Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Poland, Malta, Belgium, Greece, Cyprus, Lithuania, Estonia, Belarus, United States, Vanuatu, St Kitts & Nevis, St Lucia, Grenada, Dominica, Antigua & Barbuda. We are looking for a young, dynamic, professional, smart and hardworking female Immigration sales consultants for our branch in Dubai who can join immediately and have minimum two years of experience in; Immigration Consultancy, Immigrant Investor Programs, Debt Collection, Real Estate Sales, Jobs Recruitment, Insurance Brokerage, Corporate Sales and Customer Service. (Prior Experience is a MUST) Your responsibilities will be: – Make daily calls to potential clients and evaluate profile eligibility. – Convert all telephone email or social media inquiries to walk ins. – Identify suitable immigration programs and advice clients on the overseas options we provide. – Provide a fair, neutral and detailed evaluation as per the clients needs. – Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration, visa laws & policies. – Schedule interviews with all clients and deal with all applicants in person or VIA Zoom. – Generate monthly targeted sales by closing deals over the phone or in-person. – Sign contracts, collect payments and provide after-sales service with follow-ups by call, video calls, emails and meetings. – Drive improvement and efficiencies within the company and identify opportunities to meet the increasing needs of the company. – Develop and maintain strong relationships with all clients. Key skills that are required for this role:
• Efficient phone etiquette and email etiquette. Must be able to communicate effectively through Phone, Email, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Zoom, Skype, LinkedIn.
• Excellent Communication Skills in (English, Tagalog, Hindi, Urdu, French, Spanish, and Arabic)
• Sales oriented and target driven attitude. Must be ready to achieve set targets and other sales goals (As per Company Requirements)
• Extensive prior experience in sales, negotiation, recruitment, customer service and must have a strong ability to close leads.
• Must be motivated, energetic and able to work as a part of a team.
• Must be outgoing, positive and willing to learn and grow.
• Must be able to work to tight deadlines even when under pressure, whilst still being able to provide a high level of professional customer service.
• You must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace apps.
