Full Job Description :- 

Latte Café is looking for a Café Supervisor who has relevant experience and good management skills to manage the specialty cafe. The store is in Beda Zayed, Western Region, Abu Dhabi.

· Maintain good grooming as per the company standard and be on time.

· Welcome customers and help determine their orders.

· Process customer orders and record them in the restaurant database.

· Relay customers’ orders to the kitchen staff & Bar staff.

· Ensure all orders are delivered to the customers in a timely manner.

· Monitor the delivery orders and drivers in order to keep smooth operation

· Achieved sales goals through product recommendations to guests

· Manage and oversee the entire restaurant and kitchen operation

· Deliver superior guest services and ensuring guest satisfaction

· Manage the cash float, petty cash and cash sale according the management policy

· Keep sufficient cash change for the smooth operation

· Cash handling and end of day revenue reconciliation and applicable paperwork

· Follow up the outlet checklists and keep the management aware about the follow ups

· Monitoring the status of placed orders and encouraging the workers for faster preparation of orders

· Assuring the quality of food and arrangement of dishes are as per the standards marked by the higher authorities

· Prepare the training calendar and action plan

· Conduct staff briefing and trainings

· Conduct weekly meeting and update the management through Minutes of Meeting sheet

· Assign tasks to the serving personnel for smooth running of the business

· Knows and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures.

· Balanced daily checks and sales reports

· Prepare daily general report and update to the management

· Track the not available items and take necessary action to manage the operation

· Ensures the cafe is in compliance with the preventative maintenance program

· May assist the manager/management in recruiting, interviewing and hiring of crew members

· Motivates and coaches all the crew members and be the role model

· Keep update with the tablet with the menu availability

· Dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and received numerous outstanding customer comments

· Maintains own working area, materials and company property clean, tidy and in good shape

· Handled purchases in cash, credit cards, and ATM debit per company policy

· Up-selling add on such as beverages, desserts, etc. to increase cafe sale

· Minimalize the cafe expenses and run the show with minimum manpower

· Address any customers concerns or complaints immediately and effectively with the help of management when needed.

· Depending on the shift, carry out opening or closing duties.

· Possess a positive attitude, ability to work in a team, and a strong work ethic.
