We are looking for a Development Agent to act as the liaison between us and our customers. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers, we will introduce to you.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal. You will also ensure proper after-sales service. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.You will also be incharge of check-in’s and check-out of guests. Ensuring they have a warm welcome and a great and comfortable experience in their leaves. Engaging in telesales services and helping our guests reserve their preferred location.

There is no basic salary, however, you can earn up to 15,000 AED in commission.

Responsibilities:

· Contact potential clients through calls, emails and most importantly face-to-face meetings.

· Present our company and services to potential clients

· Identify client needs and suggest appropriate services

· Build long-term trusting relationships with clients

· Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

· Set up meetings or calls with potential clients

· Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans

· Brainstorming and executing new strategies to attract our target market.

· Checking in and Checking out guests from units, in a hospitable manner.

· Telesales with customers

· Responsible for reservations of units

Requirements:

Ø Have experience and solid understanding of Dubai Real Estate market

Ø Experience with CRM software & Registration systems

Ø Familiarity with MS Word

Ø Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ø Experience in sales in Dubai of at least 1 year

Ø Relentless to meet and exceed targets

Ø Be commercially savvy and understand basic economic principles (e.g. ROI) and market trends

Ø Hospitable and kind personality.

Ø Owns a car

Ø We are looking for Multilingual people. Especially Arabic, Hindi, Russian and Chinese speakers.
