Job Description :- 

• MEATCA Marketing Manager role

  Overview:-

  We are looking for a senior regional marketing manager for our client, a globally renowned multinational company in the building materials industry. The position is based in Dubai, one of the most happening global cities offering an excellent quality of life and a tax-free income and has responsibility for an area covering the Middle East, Turkey, Africa and Central Asia.

  Our client is part of a global group that operates in 70 countries with a global employee force of 15,500 through their network of operational hubs in Europe, the Americas, the Middle East and Asia.

  Requirements:-

  Knowledge, Skills and Experience:-

  • 5+ years marketing experience in the building materials sector
  • Strong digital marketing skills (Google Ads, Google Analytics, SM Channel Campaign Management, Email Campaigns, Content Planning, Customer Journey Mapping)
  • Minimum of 5 years in a technical environment, preferably construction
    • Experience of a project sales environment, including supporting commercial teams with pitches and educational content
    • Degree level in business/marketing essential, qualification in a technical discipline would be a distinct advantage
    • Marketing planning experience (taking commercial strategy and converting
  • it into practical marketing plans)
    • Experience managing a small team
    • Capable of generating high quality technical marketing content (brochures,
    • uncatalogued, sales presentations)
    • Experience of running high caliber events, seminars etc.
    • Experience of delivering highly creative multi-channel campaigns
    • Experience of working within brand guidelines would be an advantage
    • Languages including French, Turkish, Arabic would be an advantage
    • International experience would be a distinct asset
    • Must be willing to travel regularly across the MEATCA and occasionally to other West division markets

  
  Personal characteristics:-

  This role is for somebody who is self-driven, willing to “pitch in”, cheerful under pressure and happy to work in a very entrepreneurial and fast-paced culture! They must be equally comfortable working with both technical and commercial teams, translating and interpreting their inputs into practical and successful marketing activities. They must have excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to build relationships across the marketing team.

  • Higher secondary school or equivalent.
  • Planning and organization skills
  • Time management skills
  • Good communication skills written & oral.
  • Problem solving ability
