Job Description :-
Looking for an Executive Assistant to help with the following:
– Administrative tasks like booking meetings, flights, etc
– Ensuring the office is well maintained
– Greeting guests and offering them drinks
– Making sure office supplies and pantry items are stocked
– And other
Requirements:
Must be computer savvy
– Must have a strong command over English
– Must be professional in appearance and attitude
– Must be able to multitask and work efficiently
– A positive energy!
Timing:
-Office hours are 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday. We are located in downtown Dubai. Office size is 50 pax.
