We’re seeking a Qualified Account Assistant

 

Accountant duties include:

• Preparing monthly and annual accounts
• Corporate document maintenance
• Projecting cost calculations
• Liaising with auditors

• Costing for projects
• Data gathering
• Receiving and storing invoices
• Purchasing
• Using digital systems to keep records and create payments
• Logging daily entries in accordance with accounting policy

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
• Proven ability to plan and manage resources
• Familiarity with the industry including equipment, logistics and supply-

Preferred Qualifications

• Has Experience in Quick Books is a plus
