Job Summary :-
Monitor the stock on a daily basis; ensure the maintenance of stock level and its replenishment as per the planogram.
Ensure regular communication with supply chain / retail team for design updates and select the products as per the prevailing trend and customer demands.
Product launch in regular intervals in co-ordination with supply chain and marketing team.
Assist the Process head in assessing the ageing of stock and undertake effective action to eliminate slow moving/dead stock.
Drive the Sales strategy in coordination with the Sales Staff to ensure that the store targets are met.
Monitor and analyses the sales data of the store / Kiosk and undertake appropriate action.
Assist the Corporate & Regional Marketing team to prepare the annual marketing plan by providing store/Kiosk specific inputs.
Support the Operations Head in driving the marketing strategy through the Marketing team with daily monitoring of the activities undertaken.
Formulate marketing strategy to increase the customer footfall and retain the existing customers.
Ensure adequate level of staffing in the store as per norms and ensure that duties, responsibilities, and targets are cascaded appropriately and effectively monitored.
Ensure that all the financial transactions are carried out as per the corporate guidelines; Ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Monitoring required number of packing & display material delivered at stores.
