Job Tittle: Ecommerce Executive
Full Job Description :-
We are looking for Ecommerce Executive Last Mile to join our Operations department. You will play a critical role in ensuring online sales orders are processed smoothly and delivered to the customers on time.
Responsibilities
Receive online orders and generate shipping levels
Instruct the warehouse team to consolidate the order as per the invoice generated
Ensure the products are Quality checked and consolidated accurately
Supervise the packaging selection process
Based on the category of order ensure fulfillment of deliveries through the in-house delivery operations department and through 3rd party service providers
Schedule deliveries on the external vendor’s app
Supervise loading activity against invoice and ensure accuracy
Complete the transaction in the system
Track the orders to ensure timely deliveries
Handle the returns process (reverse logistics) smoothly ensuring stocks are adjusted accurately
Process redelivery requests as and when they arise
Carry out duties in accordance with trained Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Qualifications & competencies:
Bachelor’s degree
2 – 4 years of experience in a similar role
Prior experience in Magento
A strong eye for detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities with effective time management skills
Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel & Outlook)
A can-do and problem-solving attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED 4,000.00 – AED 5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate: Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
