Job Tittle:  Personal Assistant

 

Full Job Description :- 

Our Company is looking for a competent and energetic individual with prior work experience as a Personal Assistant, whilst providing full day-to-day support to the business owner working in a dedicated office and with hands-on experience.

Main Responsibilities :

• Acting as the point of contact between the manager and clients
• Screening and directing phone calls and distributing correspondence
• Handling requests and queries appropriately
• Complex diary management
• Scheduling and coordinating meetings, events, and conferences.
• Working as a team member within a pool of similar admin coordinators.

Skils:

• Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Expenses, Invoices
• MS Office and English proficiency
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload and hard worker
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Discretion and confidentiality
• High School degree
• Must be 2 to 5 years of experience

• PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage
• Language: English, Arabic
• FEMALE Only
