Job Tittle: Personal Assistant
Full Job Description :-
Our Company is looking for a competent and energetic individual with prior work experience as a Personal Assistant, whilst providing full day-to-day support to the business owner working in a dedicated office and with hands-on experience.
Main Responsibilities :
- Acting as the point of contact between the manager and clients
- Screening and directing phone calls and distributing correspondence
- Handling requests and queries appropriately
- Complex diary management
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, events, and conferences.
- Working as a team member within a pool of similar admin coordinators.
Skils:
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Expenses, Invoices
- MS Office and English proficiency
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload and hard worker
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- High School degree
- Must be 2 to 5 years of experience
- PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage
- Language: English, Arabic
- FEMALE Only
