Job Description :-
Driving new revenue into the organization via prospecting, negotiating and converting new business sales within Corporate markets. Identification of client needs and the relevant Marsh solutions, ensuring Marsh facilities are used effectively to support the client whilst being aware of additional capabilities where clients profile demands such.
- Working with a relevant geography or industry to identify key prospects
- Researching and identifying key contacts
- High volumes of prospection via multiple channels including phone, social media, emails and networking events.
- Attending discovery meetings with clients to understand all of their requirements
- Qualification of opportunities to ensure good conversion rates.
- Handle a high frequency of quotations and client discussions
- Providing solutions to client requirements by liaising with placement and relevant facilities offered
- Conversing with prospects through to conversion either via phone or physically.
- Ability to present Marsh’s value proposition to a customers via multiple channels.
- Ability to understand various customer requirements and engage the correct stakeholders within Marsh to deliver.
- Managing all customer data and interactions via CRM system.
- Continue to work with client following on boarding to ensure future needs are met and relationship is maintained to deliver greater cross sell penetration to client.
- Work with Client executives for successful on boarding and relevant support at renewal.
- Engage for future referrals and networking opportunities
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience in the insurance/ financial services industry dealing with commercial customers.
- Excellent telephone manner & sales technique
- Attention to detail
- Presentation, questioning and negotiation skills
- Ability to plan high volumes of activity
- Pleasant disposition, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of CRM / system & proactive diary management
Special Knowledge and Skills
- High level of communication skills especially via phone and social media.
- Understanding sales cycle
- >3 years in sales preferably in insurance/ financial services industry and dealing with commercial customers (preferrably in the UAE market).
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Customer Management Systems
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Excellent communication skills
- Currently based in the UAE
- Higher secondary school or equivalent.
