You will work with the International affinity team to identify and expand on international client relationships that can be leveraged from and developed locally and to apply best practices of the international affinity team to deliver a consistent customer experience. Within the Commercial segment, Marsh develops risk management and mitigation solutions for our clients. Within the Consumer segment Marsh develops solutions that create value for our clients’ customer base through products and services and therefore ultimately creates value for our clients. You will also connect with many industry and subject matter experts across the world within the Marsh & McLennan organization to maximize the potential for our clients as well as your own development.

We are a specialist team of insurance professionals focused on the development of large Affinity programmes centred on Automotive, Device, Sponsored, Sharing Economy and Private Clients specialist segments. Job Profile Summary:-

Client managers are responsible for the growth, profitability and client satisfaction of a book of business containing complex priority accounts. Client managers “deliver the firm” by aligning client strategies and needs to MMC’s capabilities and resources. This includes managing and developing client relationships, acting as the client’s trusted advisor, pursuing new business development, and expanding and diversifying the mix of Marsh Affinity products and services the client holds. A Resources Officer is a recognized subject matter expert, making an impact as an influential individual contributor by managing mid-to-large-scale strategic projects, coaching team members and solving complex problems.

Job Profile Description:-

Responsible for maintaining and expanding a mid-to-large book of business containing complex and priority Affinity programmed centered on Automotive, Device, Sponsored, Sharing Economy and Private Clients specialist segments.

Directs and implements the sales and marketing strategy for managed accounts and growth areas leveraging an in-depth understanding of market needs and expectations, trends and internal product and service offerings.

Keeps current on account issues, industry and market trends and develops growth strategy for targeted accounts, industries or specialties to ensure appropriate solutions are marketed and proposed to target new buyer hubs and expand the book of business.

Offers technical advice and makes informed recommendations leveraging product expertise, a comprehensive review of account needs and risks and colleagues with various appropriate specialties.

Works to ensure conditions, coverage and pricing are advantageous for the Company and the relationship with the outlook to institutionalize accounts and upholding business and compliance standards when representing the firm while offering customized solutions and completing proposal work.

Works with the Project Manager to develop the project plan for the overall sales process for account work and monitors progress ensuring time frames are effectively planned and high-quality products or solutions successfully delivered.

Responsible for maintaining and preserving relationships and ensuring overall service needs are met, addressing escalated issues and miscellaneous concerns to remain in positive standing and preserve credibility.

Maintains strong relationships with senior level professional counterparts in client organizations.

Attends and participates frequently in industry events and conferences to build up a strong professional network, maintain proximity to the relevant market and represent the Company as a thought leader.
