Position: HVAC Technician (Foreman) – Maintenance/ FM

Brief:-

Growing FM Company looks for HVAC Technicians, who can join immediately and with professional acumen in troubleshooting, maintenance & Installation of new/ old HVAC equipment. Apply with latest CV, Passport Copy, Visa Page, Curriculum Certificates & photo

Roles / Responsibilities:-

• Proficient & experienced HVAC technician
• Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to fully grasp the requirements
• Identifying faults, trouble shooting, maintaining (Preventive & Reactive) all HVAC equipment
• Knowledge of spares is a must
• Installation, relocation of HVAC equipment as per standard practice
• Express technical details to supervisor/ Engineer and work closely with other technicians in same/ other field
• Basic knowledge on associated MEP knowledge
• Prepare/ Upkeep of documents not limited to completion reports , purchase bills, attendance and Data Log sheets
• Day-Today update on field activities to reporting Engineer/ Manager

• Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed

Skills/ Requirements:

• Preference to Candidates, who are available and can join immediately
• Diploma (or) Trade Certified in HVAC/ Refrigeration – Min 1 Year course certified (or) equivalent having hands-on experience trouble-shooting, maintenance, installation of old/ new HVAC equipment
• Proven experience as HVAC Technician with 5+ years’ experience
• 3 Years of minimum experience in relevant field in Middle East region
• Maintenance trouble shooting knowledge of all types, not limited to Window, Split, Ducted, Package, VRF AC Equipment – A must; Chiller knowledge, valid UAE Driving License would be an added advantage
• Generate & Write work completion reports
• Operate on his own all his tasks allocated, regarding Maintenance/ FM related to HVAC in safe manner.
• Healthy, smart and well-mannered individual.
• Good knowledge of equipment, spares & other materials
• Excellent understanding of techniques and methods of installation & Commissioning
• Working with little supervision while following all health and safety standards is essential
• Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and tools
• Ability to read technical documents and drawings
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times
• Good read/speak/writing skills in English
• Good understanding of basic math
• Good physical condition and endurance
• Great hand dexterity and an eye for detail
