Job Tittle: Executive Assistant
Full Job Description :-
MENA College of Management (MCM) looking for a dedicated Executive Assistant to the President’s Office.
Reports to: President
Duties and Responsibilities:-
Handling information requests, between President’s Office from internal and external entities.
Preparing correspondence between President’s Office and internal and external entities.
Receiving visitors and Arranging conference and calls
Scheduling meetings
Meeting notes from the Presidential Office
Follow up on Work accomplished as set by the College President
Qualifications:-
With a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
Must be fluent in Arabic and English
Excellent typing skills in Arabic Experience in GCC is an advantage
Must be of good conduct
Organization and flexibility; multi-tasking, meeting deadlines and working as part of a team; well-developed communications and reading skills; knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation; familiarity with computers and common business applications; confidentiality
