Full Job Description

We are looking for an IT Administrator with Experience in Microsoft 365 / MS Dynamics / One Drive and to provide enterprise-level assistance to our users. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help our users install applications and programs. IT Administrator responsibilities include resolving network issues, configuring operating systems and using remote desktop connections to provide immediate support.

Responsibilities :- 

  • Administration and provide support on Microsoft 365 / MS Dynamics / One Drive.
  • Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup, Bio Metric Access Administration, Network configuration and Server Administration.
  • Ask users targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
  • Administration of Firewall (Fortinet) and VPN.
  • Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations.
  • Configuration and Maintenance of NAS Storage
  • Maintenance of AWAYA IP Telephones with IP office manager
  • Outlook configuration & troubleshooting.
  • CCTV Installation, configuration & maintenance
  • Network printer installation, configuration & maintenance
  • cPanel Administration.
  • Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems.
  • Replacing faulty network hardware components when required.
  • Maintaining, configuring, and monitoring virus protection software and email applications.
  • Monitoring network performance to determine if adjustments need to be made.
  • Designing, configuring, and testing networking software, computer hardware, and operating system software.
