Job Tittle:  SAP Manager

 

Full Job Description :- 

1. Providing support to SAP end users for the day to day issues.

2. Providing support for Biometric Time Attendance system

3. Providing support for the Van Sales Mobile application

4. Started the E-Commerce Sale for Modern General Trading

5. Coordination with 3rd party support vendors from raising the issue to move the changes to

production client.

6. Maintaining the Technical and Configuration documentation.

7. Providing support for the Point of Sale (POS) Machine, Cash Receipt Printers for showrooms

8. Providing support for the Cash Register Machines installed in DEWA, Schools and ENBD

9. Providing support for the Carrefour web portal (In case of any issue, contacting the concerned

persons and getting the issues resolved). [Some time only ]

10. Uploading of Salary, Pension (Specifically for UAE national employees) and Bonus from the Emirates

NBD web portal.

11. Follow up in the month end closing activities to get confirmation email and inform to accounts

department.

12. Providing support for the MGT website (Addition / deletion of products etc)

13. Providing support for Legacy Modern applications (In case of historic data required and the

application not working)
