Job Description :-
1- تحديد و مشاركة في وضع الأهداف الاستراتيجية والتشغيلية وخطط العمل للعمليات ومؤشرات الأداء كافة التي يؤديها القسم والتأكد من تنفيذها وفقاً للبرامج الزمنية المحددة بالإضافة الى تنظيم وتوزيع وتوجيه الموظفين التابعين لتأدية الاعمال الموكلة اليهم وفقاً للمستويات المطلوبة.
2- الاشراف والرقابة على إدارة جميع عمليات القسم بما فيها وضع إجراءات وأساليب العمل ومؤشرات ومعايير الأداء واقتراح وسائل التحسين والتطوير باستمرار بالإضافة الى اتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة الخاصة بمعاملات الموظفين التابعين له والمتعلقة بتقييم الأداء / الجزاءات / التدريب / الترقيات / الاجازات وغيرها.
3-الاشراف والرقابة على اعداد الميزانية السنوية للقسم ومراقبة تنفيذها بهدف ترشيد النفقات وتحسين الأداء المالي في القسم مع تحليل الانحرافات عند التطبيق.
4- رفع التقارير الدورية إلى مدير الإدارة التي تتضمن عرضاً لمنجزات القسم وبيان المعوقات التي تمت مواجهتها والإجراءات المتخذه للتغلب عليها.
5- الإشراف على تطوير نظام متكامل لإدارة العمليات، والتوعية به ومتابعة تطبيقه مع الوحدات التنظيمية ذات العلاقة، والعمل على توثيق وحصر وتصنيف العمليات بما يساند جهود التطوير وتحسين الأداء.
6- اقتراح التعديلات على الأنظمة الإدارية لتسهيل العمليات ومنع الازدواجية في المهام بين الوحدات التنظيمية وفق أفضل الممارسات والمعايير المعتمدة.
:Qualifications
المؤهل العلمي : درجة البكالوريوس في مجال الإستراتيجية والجودة أو المجالات ذات الصلة من جامعة معترف بها.
الخبرة ومجالاتها : خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 10 سنوات ذات الصلة في مجالات ذات صلة
اللغات : إجادة اللغة العربية و الإنجليزية كتابة و قراءة و محادثة
