Full Job Description :-
English Speaking Telesales & Customer Service representative with experience Is Required!
This role is only for Candidates based in UAE preferably on visit visa or cancelled employment visa who can join Immediately.
Moxie Garments LLC seeks dynamic and professional sales and customer service agents to manage client inquiries. A background in sales and customer service is a requirement.
Shift Timing: 9:00 AM – 7: 00 PM
Work Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)
Responsibilities:
A sales and customer service representative focuses on building relationships with our clients through both inbound calls, outbound calls and electronic communications. The main focus of the sales and customer service representative is to assist the sales team in booking meeting with clients and operating the company CRM system.
- Keep records of all conversations in our CRM database in a comprehensible way
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Qualifications:
- Strong command of the English language
- Proficient in desktop application and emails.
- Must possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving & multitasking skills.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Previous experience in a customer support role.
- Strong communication skills along with active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Compensation:
- Total compensation package: AED3,000.00 – AED5,000.00
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
Salary: AED3,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Sales & Customer service: 2 years (Required)
