Full Job Description :- 

Telecaller responsibilities:

Studying the details of each offering and remaining abreast of updates to these offerings

Obtaining and updating list of companies contact details

Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of services/products

Addressing clients uncertainties, grievances and suggestions on time

Noting important details of each client conversation.

Communicating verbal acceptance of offers to our sales team for closing

Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales

Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations

Conducting each of your function with utmost respect, regardless of others dispositions.

Tellecaller requirements:-

High School diploma or equivalent / Preferable Graduates

Prior experience as a telecaller or similar

Completion of sales related training program is preferred

Computer literate

Exposure to diverse viewpoints, cultural norms, and experiences.

Superb verbal communication English speakers, Arabic is a plus

Ability to switch your communication style on a whim

Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills

Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it

Other responsibilities not limited to:

Responsible for hunting new and existing B2B business customers for DU Telecom.

-Involved in outdoor sales activities, meeting if needed and closing deals.

-Tracking, analyzing and understanding customer business and buying criteria.

-Managing entire sales cycle including customer profiling, account planning and lead generation.

-Effectively managing negotiations with the clients, finalizing proposals, contracts’ and closing orders.

-Manage and explore current and new accounts in the prescribed area allotted by the manager.

-Focus on customer retention by lowering churn rate, amplifying sales through trending techniques, thereby adhering to the company’s sales targets.

-Manage typical conversion rate, sales call, revenue, and other reports in a precise manner for accurate evaluation.

-Interact with the customer for product offering, brand awareness on time to time basis by meetings and calls.

Salary: From AED 2,500.00 per month
