Full Job Description :-
Our client a well-established training firm is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager for their Dubai Division.
Requirements:
- University with a business/finance/economics or service industry related focus
- Excellent English language skills demonstrating excellent customer service
- Target driven attitude, eager to perform acquisition calls in order to reach out to potential clients in the respective sales region
- Passionate driven and highly motivated with excellent communication skills
- Work within a team as well as being able to use your own initiatives
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite products
- Experienced user of CRM Systems (e.g. Sales Force) and social media
- At least 2 years of relevant corporate experience
- Flexible to travel and organize events in different locations (approx.15%)
Responsibilities:
- Engaging in extensive outbound efforts striving for new business opportunities
- Answering incoming requests, e-mails, calls etc. to drive business growth by closing sales
- Research and develop new business and potential accounts via various methods such as social media research, b2b calls, and other media
- Maintain active engagement with new prospects and existing accounts through creative marketing and outreach campaigns
- Organize onsite trainings and travel to various locations to ensure smooth execution
- Proper maintenance of the data in our CRM Database
