Full Job Description :-
Desired Candidate Profile :-
Accepts and completes additional tasks related to QHSE and job type assigned by assigned Sr. QHSE officers or QHSE Area Manager. Performs the full job profile if individually allocated to a project.
Assists location/s management in implementing NCC IMS, recommended corrective actions etc. Attends all onsite QHSE meetings with clients by representing AMAN (NCC QHSE Division).
Attends and records all external inspections and audits, provides recommendations, and follow-ups, and ensures implementation of corrective action. Provides corrective actions on all deviations, incidents, near misses, unsafe acts conditions, etc.

Updates QHSE module with all relevant reports included in the ERP and keeps all records related to QHSE according to IMS on-site updated all the time. Ensures legal requirements are identified, updated, complied with, monitored, and reported where ever found to be in violating form.
Ensures emergency procedures and teams are communicated with all employees, emergency equipment is ready to use conditions, all warnings, signage emergency plans, contacts are displayed in location.
Ensures emergency equipment is well maintained, inspected, and adequately provided. Ensures the site has the system implemented according to NCC IMS, HACCP teams are formed and meetings are conducted as per the plan, ERT is formed in the location, EPT is formed in the location. Ensures that the teams are updated and have the required training provided. Follow-ups on all pending action from regulatory body inspections, client’s inspections, onsite inspections, and monthly inspections, internal and external audits till complete close out.
Commits that all activities meet and integrate with NCC GC requirements for quality management, health, and safety, legal requirements, environmental policies & general duty of care.
Monitor day-to-day activities in the location/s in terms of QHSE practices. Ensure employees perform according to IMS procedures and ensure that are complying with NCC IMS standards.
Leads and investigates all incidents, forming investigation teams, finding immediate and root causes, identifying immediate and long-term action, and implementing recommendations in coordination with location/s management.
