ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Finding new customers within the assigned area (Mini mart, Large Grocery, Small Grocery) ·
Ensuring adherence to the contract in terms of visibility, shelf space for the customers in the assigned region.
· Monthly and annual sales target achievement for the customers of assigned area.
· Report competitors’ activities and offers in the market.
· Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential customers:
100% service level to the current and potential customers.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS ·
3+ years of experience in FMCG industry
· Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets
· Proven ability to identify and convert new business opportunities
. · Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
