Job Tittle: Cooler Workshop Supervisor
Full Job Description :-
The purpose of this position is to support our Sales and Distribution department to provide technical support and proper execution of cooler maintenance, cooler sanitization and repairing of equipment. The Cooler Workshop Supervisor is expected to carry out the full scope of activities that includes managing daily cooler servicing, involve in technical problem solving/ support and managing the cooler workshop.
ESSENTIAL ACCOUNT ABILITIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KPIs:-
· Supervising and coordinating daily maintenance with the team for cooler installation, maintenance and renovation activities.
· Preparing and servicing new and used coolers.
· Focus on providing quality service to maintain customer satisfaction.
· Handling the cooler technicians for on service calls to repair or adjust faulty coolers.
· Executing technical maintenance training for the subordinates.
· Execution of customer complaints in a well-organized manner.
· Conducting regular training to the team.
