Nolus Restaurants LLC Abu Dhabi: Job Description

Job Tittle:  Call Center

 

Job Description :- 

Check the tracking GPS if its working properly.

· Prepare the packaging for take aways/delivery and refilling the stocks.

· Prepare lists of 86 items,specials,soups of the day and/or any promotions applicable.

· Maintaining cleanliness and organization in your working area.

· Keeping an eye on the online orders at all times.

· Ensure constant communication in between Call center and hostess for reservations.

· Prepare dressings and mark them with the expiry date.

· Making a list of driver on the shift and assign them on their duties.

· Handle customer inquiries both over the phone or personal.

· Provide customer with product and service information.

· Answer calls from customers to take orders,inquiries and questions and resolve complaints.

· Must have previous work experience minimum 2 years as a Call Center on restaurant industry.

· High School or equivalent preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED 3,200.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• call centre: 1 year (Preferred)
