Full Job Description :-
Key Responsibilities:
Finance
- Management accounting – Month-end closing and management accounts, invoicing, reconciliations etc.
- Internal controls – approval, documents control, cost control, company policies
- Banking operations – payments, up-to-date records, signatory, board resolutions etc.
- Payroll – staff salaries, overtime calculation, expenses reimbursement
- Suppliers negotiations and rates review – Insurances, rent etc.
- Taxation – VAT returns preparation and submissions
- Dealing with external auditors to complete annual audits
Compliance/Admin:-
- Handle Employment visas, Employment contracts drafting and finalization
- Letters and certificates – NOCs, salary certificates, employment letters, bank letters, receipts etc.
- DDA Employment regulations and Labour Law compliance
- Admin Compliance – trade license renewal, establishment card, customs code, PO Box, membership renewals etc.
- General office work related to – Du, Etisalat, office supplies, maintenance, and repairs etc
- Logistical support – equipment shipping, couriers, commercial invoices and other documentations
- Compliance requirements related to – DDA Free zone authority, Federal Tax Authority (FTA), Dubai Statistic Center, Dubai Customs etc.
