Job Description: The Customer Relation Manager is responsible for managing leads, maturing leads through calls, managing client’s relation, email & support, and handling queries & problems.
Responsibilities:
- Manage leads and mature leads through calls
- Manage client’s relation, email & support
- Handle queries & solve problems
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service or customer relations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Preferrence:
Gender: Female with Husband Visa
Language: Fluent in English & Hindi / Urdu
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED 3,000.00 – AED 4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
