About the Role
We are looking for an outstanding Principal for School to join our team.
The post holder will be responsible for supporting the schools Vision and Mission as well as all policies, academic standards and pastoral support in the Secondary Boys’ / girls School.
The post holder will deputise for the Principal as required and assist in shaping & implementing the educational strategy for the school.
About You
Core Skills/Qualifications/Experience:-
Master’s degree(Preferred not essential) with minimum 1st Division / Class in all exams;
Bachelors degree
Master’s in Education (preferred)
Minimum of 10 years of teaching experience with at least 5 years of leadership experience in an academic setting.
Soft Skills * Detailed knowledge of the United Arab Emirates education sector with a demonstrated ability to engage with school leaders, senior executives and influence organizations at the emirate and national level
Advanced communication skills, including excellent writing and presentation skills
Mature in approach, decision-making and follow through
Self-starter who takes initiatives and can exemplify the institution culture during interactions
Ability to motivate and engage extended teams to plan and execute strategies and projects
Strives for improvement with record in meeting aggressive school targets against closely measured goals
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, without distractions
