Job Description :-
Position 1: Administrative Coordinator (Female)
Candidates applying for this post should be fluent in office administrative, accounts, Purchase, HR and Front desk related works. To attend the phone calls and guests, maintain data of all documents, prepare all purchase orders required, settlement of all kinds of purchasing, prepare all kinds of payable and receivable, following up for the requirement with company staff and clients. As well as preparing staff wages/salaries and their benefits with leaves and joining statements, keep the personal filling record of the staff.
Position 2: Estimation & Procurement Engineer
1) Tendering and Procurement skills
1) Estimation for tendering (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical & FF/FA)
2) Preparation of BOQ
3) Inquires and related documents for submission
4) Budgeting, Place order, Followup with client, supplier and subcontractor.
5) Submission of offer for sales and followup
6) Selection of materials and submission for approval
7) Purchase/dispatch and implementation record
8) Cost control and Value engineering proposal skill
9) Alternative selection technique
10) Meeting to client and consultant
11) Project planning and supervision
12) Preparation of close out documents
