Title: Field Service Operator Company: Parisima Talent

Location: Dubai

Reporting to the Operations Director, the Field Service Operator/Technician is expected to perform the field installation and its maintenances. Technicians are responsible for the field operation, troubleshooting, repair, and client training of devices in an assigned location.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Delivers the service and customer assistance during field visits as per the client’s requirements

• Manage all onsite fitting, patch-up, maintenance, and test cases

• Perform the diagnosis for the associated errors or technical issues and find the proper way out

• Accountable for upgrading the equipment and responsible for the configuration, repair, and precautionary upkeep of the equipment at the site

• Offer service and customer assistance during site visits

• Manage the workflow as per the given schedule

• Manage the entire on-site fitting, repair, and maintenance

• Diagnose faults or technical issues and find proper solutions

• Produce detailed service reports for the field visits and perform the document procedures including the weekly reports etc.

• Operate the site in par with the site safety guidelines

• Follow organizational filed processes and protocols

• Follow up with technical crew and share data across the business

• Comprehend customer needs and make suitable suggestions

• Build confident relationships with customers with better work protocol

• Test and troubleshooting for faulty devices and turn-up Education and/or Experience:

• Fluent written and spoken English

• Engineering graduates preferred

• Knowledge on PLC/SCADA Systems and Controls from and Operations Perspective

• 5-10 years’ experience in Water or Wastewater Treatment Plant

•Able to work a flexible schedule

• Ability to lift or move heavy parts or equipment without assistance
