Full Job Description :- 

Our client is looking for Head

– Customer Service who has the below ability

1 Responsible for client origination and understanding the client amp rsquo s debt requirement

2 Utilize all possible channels to market Vivriti Capital amp rsquo s capabilities and products to generate market interest

3 Create large marketing lists for outreach working with the credit and risk teams

4 Work closely with the marketing team to implement marketing campaigns on digital media

5 Call and reach out using LinkedIn other sources to large number of companies from the identified lists leads generated from marketing campaigns

6 Initiate and manage client engagement by building relationships at treasury finance and CXO level

7 Work closely with the Client Solutions team Risk legal and other internal stakeholders to build early client engagement Desired

Skills and Experience:

1. Experience in cold calling, client engagement at scale

2. Present / articulate / position an idea compellingly with strong oral and written communication skills.

3. Preferably articulate in multiple languages.

4. Able to engage with Promoters, CFOs and Treasury heads to build relationships and originate business, be able to present the company / products / capabilities very well

5. Strong selling skills, able to present own position and company well.

6. Tenacious, hardworking and results oriented. Disciplined with strong work ethic and integrity

7. Self-starter, able and willing to take initiative

8. Able to withstand pressure and perform

9. Good technical understanding of finance / credit / ratings

10. Ambitious and Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
