We are looking for a talented |Executive assistant for our Dubai Office, working closely with the SVP sales EMEA/APAC.

As the EMEA – APAC AdminAssistant you will be responsible for all administrative tasks of the region, including:

EA for the EMEA/APAC SVP – calendar, expenses, organize his travels, supporting with presentation preps etc.

Events coordinator for the different region events, such as QBR, team building activities, training etc.

Support the regional organization with specific projects that might occur

Upon opening an office – office manager

Working closely with CEO assistant, other office managers/ admins, region leadership and HRBP.




  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Detail oriented
  • Service oriented
  • Works well in a fast-paced environment
  • Works well in a multicultural environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent computer skills, including outlook, google, zoom etc.
  • Fluent English speaker
