Full Job Description :-
We are currently hiring an E-commerce Manager who will be responsible for managing online operations for our retail, wholesale and online divisions.
Main Responsibilities:
– Manage all online activity across website & applications in relation to traffic acquisition, sales & reporting
– Work with external developers to improve and maintain the website & app speed and factuality
– Work with the marketing manager to implement online campaigns – uploading banners, updating product offers, creation of landing pages etc.
– Working with customer service for online customer order management – downloading orders, cancelling/closing orders, checking order payments, verifying new customers
– Manage implementations of new technologies
– Manage customer loyalty program with support of Accounts department
– Updating product prices & stocks across websites & app
– Creation of new products
– Updating stock availability in third party sites – Instashop, NowNow, Amazon
