Job Tittle:  Sales & Customer Service Executive

 

Full Job Description :- 

• Answer inbound customer calls and deliver required information.
• Make outbound calls to direct patients, online queries, referrals, B2B Clients as needed
• Utilize resources to troubleshoot and resolve patient issues
• Acquire full product knowledge of the company products to properly service patients
• Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, teammates, healthcare professionals, and sales team.
• Consistently meet and attain required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Perform other duties as required by the management.
• Booking of sales invoice with correct information into the system
• Assisting in Collection, handling, and shipping of client’s samples
• Coordination and timely follow up with Local and international labs for delivery, processing and delivery of reports.

Education & experience

• Bachelors or Master’s degree
• 1-2 years of customer service experience required
• Command on both Arabic and English is must

Knowledge, skills, & abilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with MS Office and the ability to navigate multiple platforms
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve patient concerns
• Demonstrate soft skills to enhance patient experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED 5,000.00 – AED 6,000.00 per month
