We are looking for a phone repair technician in the UAE to join our team.We are opening a branch in Dubai and in connection with this we are recruiting a team.We are ready to consider candidates who are planning an independent move to the UAE.?????
– Diagnostics and assessment of the device state according to the algorithm for checking for operability (technical part and appearance)– Repair of mobile phones (replacement of spare parts with new ones, on average 1 phone per hour: display module, touchscreens, connectors, housings, cables, speakers, microphones, restoration of boards after water, restoration of power circuits, replacement of components, etc.)– Reporting on repairs (comments on acceptance and repair, indication of diagnostic results, repair terms, etc.)– Without consulting clients and additional sales
Requirements:-
At least 3 years mobile phone repair experience (Apple and Samsung)– Understanding the principles of phone diagnostics, ability to assemble and disassemble devices– Knowledge of common faults and ability to troubleshoot them– Previous experience in a position such as a telephone repair engineer or a service center master will be an advantage– Team management experience preferred– Responsibility, self-organization, accuracy in work
