Full Job Description :-
Position: Inventory and Store Auditor
Key Responsibilities:-
1. Assist the Financial Controller in completion of all audit administration as requested.
2. Confirm completion of stock counts with the Store Manager.
3. Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders; processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders; reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.
4. Produce a true stock result by counting stock accurately and methodically.
5. As a part of team, can accurately perform counting and recording all stock.
6. Build strong coordination with the store and purchase team.
7. Inspect records of intra- and inter-hotel deliveries of requested surplus hotel supplies.
8. Fills supply requisitions; assists buyer in ordering adequate merchandise and supplies; delivers orders to faculty and staff.
9. Receives, stores, tags and tracks surplus property; prepares property lists for items to be sold at auction.
10. Receives and stores documents and confidential files; maintains record of approved document and confidential file destruction.
11. Handles and documents storage and transportation of FOC materials.
12. Capable to inspect store records, stores areas, transportation of material including FOC material.
13. Capable to read the purchase and sales contracts to identify stock balances.
Experience and Requirements:-
1. Own transport is desirable.
2. Preferably commerce graduate.
3. Language: English and Urdu/Hindi
4. Experience: at least 2 years, preferable in hotel industry.
5. Any nationality can apply.
