One of our prominent Client is looking to hire multiple Male and Female [Arab and English Speaking] Customer Service Advisors for their Personal Loan / Credit Card Sale Department in Dubai. To qualify for this position you must have 4 years of experience in Personal Loan / Credit Card sale.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:-*

To Sell Personal Loan, Credit Card
To have excellent telephonic manners
Excellent Customer Service Skills [keeping in mind to exceed customers’ expectations all the time] ability work under pressure
Keep excellent KPI ensuring excellent customer service
Meeting targets / deadlines with excellent results
Result orientated
To ensure that all applications are in proper order before submission for approval.
To create opportunities and strategy to develop new sales
Consistently work towards increasing individual or team achievements.
Ensure a high standard of customer service in line with the quality and standards set by the Company.
To have best practice in all related compliance and regulatory requirements.
