Job Tittle: Student Counselor
Full Job Description :-
Identify the students career goals, future – prospects and potential gaps in their background information
Advise/counsel students regarding various universities, courses, admission requirements, entrance exams, scholarships in the United Kingdom / Canada / Australia/ the USA /Sweden/Netherland/NZ etc.
Advise students on process and procedures related to academic, personal, professional and financial requirements in order to study Abroad.
Provide information on desired courses based on needs & aspirations of students
Provide telephonic counselling to the leads from all sources & invite them to walk into the office for counselling.
Create and maintain accurate client information the company’s CRM system
Good communication and influencing skills.
Sales attitude with utmost importance given on Visa conversion
Achieve the targets and support team members in achieving the Team target.
Maintain exemplary rapport with clients and ensure all clients are delighted by REG services
Regularly update the CRM software and generate daily, weekly and monthly reports and submit it to the Team Manager
Ensure client reviews are positive and maintain the high ratings in reviews.
Identifies prospective clients who wish to Immigrate to Canada. Counselling Client by phone or email – Provide information, guidance and support to clients for matters related to Immigration, Provincial Nominee Programs and Work Permits. –
Register and retain prospective clients for the organization – Provide continuous support to clients until the Visa processing is complete – Guiding clients on Documentation
Counselling clients via calling or walk-in for a permanent residency visa for Canada
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: AED 2,500.00 – AED 5,000.00 per month
