Job Tittle:  Restaurant Admin

 

Full Job Description :- 

o Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the mission of Coppasta.

o Ensure compliance with all municipality, regulations that pertain to health, safety and labor requirements of the restaurant, employees, and guests.

o Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant policies and procedures.

o Oversee count money and make bank deposits.

o Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service and any other guest complaints.

o Coordinate assignments of BOH personnel to ensure economical use of food and timely preparation.

o Ensure that all products are received in correct unit count and condition and deliveries are performed in accordance with the restaurant’s receiving policies and procedures.

o To do cleaning and setting up of all tools for the days’ operations.

o To provide support on cashier counter providing right change and services to clients.

o To attend to all phone call related to delivery and complaints of guest which if needed to report to the store manager.

o To provide service to dine-in guest and ensure client satisfaction.

o To provide support on dispatching of delivery orders when free at hand.

o To ensure a clean, neat and organized work area, Appearance and Body Language.

o To answer the calls in a polite manner, suggestion to guest on new menu items, up-selling items when required, etc.,

o To timely verify the Checklists and other required documents and maintain duly filled.

o To communicate with Store manager on any issue related matters or messages in a proactive manner.

o To keep the section clean and sanitized.

o To provide team support to colleagues on their day-to-day responsibilities as a team member.

o To proactively update the management in the event of any expected issues in the duty

o Hygiene standard are maintained.

o Cash tallies all days.

o Timely support and client satisfaction.

o Effective team support.

o Food Safety, Audit compliance.

o Effective client services and client satisfaction

o Effective services in quality.

o Hygiene standard are maintained.

o Team satisfaction and Good rating score on Mystery Audit.

o Timely notification with proactive recommendation.

o Maintains Petty Cash, Cash float, & Invoices.

o To send mangers checklist, DSR.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
