Full Job Description :- 

Rons Facilities Management, a well-established Organization is looking to hire young and energetic Maintenance Manger to lead our maintenance team.

Duties & Responsibilities:-

• You will be responsible for managing all installation, repair and upkeep operations of our company’s project.
• Maintaining, planning repair activities, and developing maintenance procedures (painting, plumbing, HVAC, Electric work, Masonry & Interior Fit Outs).
• Advanced knowledge of building management & MEP Work.
• Good communication skills Committed to delivering a high level of customer service Strong leadership skills and previous experience of managing a team/ People Management Skills.
• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
• Ability to work under pressure, can handle daily issue.
• Ability to work on their own previous experience of facilities management Proficient, at an advanced level, with computers and relevant computer programs.
