Job Purpose:
Planning and organizing sports, academic, and athletic activities in the school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organizing and motivating students to get involved in and manage their activities.
- Planning, organizing, and supervising various clubs including football league, table tennis, basketball, net ball, badminton, chess, music, art, and gymnastics.
- Organizing activities for the SABIS® Student Life Organization (SLO®) during the week-end.
- Organizing after school activities including re-teach sessions, trips, and other activities related to SLO®.
- Assigning prefects to monitor, guide, and educate young students about traffic rules to obtain their ‘Driving license’.
- Managing student use of sports equipment during break time.
- Checking the uniform of participating students.
- Managing decoration, ushers, and delivery of flyers for different events such as music concerts, talent shows, folk dancing, and the Tree Planting Ceremony.
- Supervising field decoration for sports events.
- Decorating boards with announcements about sports activities.
- Completing other administrative task assigned by the school administration
Ideal Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in or equivalent.
- English proficiency and excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to perform duties after school hours and weekends
- Excellent leadership, planning, and organizational skills
- Excellent computer skills
Employment Requirements:
Must meet all employment requirements including, but not limited to, country and local education and certification requirements, reference checks, and criminal background checks.
