Job description
As a Customer Service Representative/Cashier you will develop delivery routes and maintain contact with drivers throughout your duty. You will contacting day-to-day operational activities involving our customers and aggregators. The vacancies are for Abu Dhabi
Responsibilities:-
- You will prepare, receive, double check the orders after the Chefs, and dispatch orders for deliveries
- You will be responsible on packing precisely based on the customer’s orders
- Monitor the route and status of delivery orders to coordinate and to prioritize their schedule
- Ensure speed, and accuracy in dispatching food orders
- You will be responsible on your section and support your team in the kitchen
- Work as per duty schedule and shift
- Comply with the company health and safety policies and procedures
- Work in a team spirit by assisting and supporting your colleagues to make sure the kitchen is set up for success
- Follow rules, regulations, and standards
Requirements:-
- You must have two to three years of experience as a Food Dispatcher
- You must be a high-flier over teamwork and communication
- You must maintain high standards of product quality, service, and cleanliness
- You must be able to multi-task, work under pressure, and fast-paced environment
- You are currently located in the UAE (Abu Dhabi)
